Tree Library Violation (Updated)

What is a "Tree Library". Never heard that term before. I would have thought it was a Library specializing in books about trees.
Can someone post a picture?

There are in fact two kinds of Tree Library: the one OP has written about, and the original in my post cheese

OP is referring to the Little Free Libraries that have been springing up all over town.

In a tree, under a tree or what? The OP was cited for Accessory Structure. Did she/he build a shed and turn it into a Library? Is it a tree house?

Post a photo or tell me an address where I can see one.

Not in a tree.  These are small stand alone structures, each of which contains a small number of books.  Those interested can take a book and return it when done reading.  Book donations are also welcome.  One little Free Library I know of is on Tuscan Road by the entrance to the playground at Prospect Presbyterian Church.  Another is on the corner of South Pierson and Indiana.

wonderful outcome! Reason prevails!

(And as an example...)
