School board disaster

So, how is that relevant to who she is today?

And when are “national political preoccupations” and “discussions of local issues” unrelated?

1. It’s relevant to the writer’s level of comprehension.

2. When the preoccupations are yours and the local issue being discussed is school board operations. (There may be a line connecting those operations and board member Winkfield’s publicly expressed concern about the national “parents’ rights” movement, but neither you nor the National Review article you posted drew it.)

I started this thread to discuss our local school board.  It's not in the politics section
