So, are we up for another wet weekend?
Rain likely Saturday but nothing special
We're back with another rainy weekend.
Wed Oct 18th
Another rainy weekend on tap, the seventh (!) in a row.
Showers likely, perhaps a steady rain, maybe even a boom of thunder or two. Not likely a dam-burster with a total rainfall over the weekend of an inch or less. Although the worst looks likely to stay offshore, Sunday could be a bit windy. The biggest news could be the low temperatures early next week, with there even being a hint of a frost.

Thanks, Max! I think...

Agreed. I hit 'Like' on Max's post as I'm thankful for the heads-up. But I am not ready for a even a hint of frost. (That said, I did put the heating pad on the bed... so I am a bit more prepared now... but still not happy that the lovely Autumn we've had will be starting to turn cold).
Thurs Oct 19th update
Timing has shifted on the rain for this weekend.
While there is still some variance in the modeling, in general the progression is faster, meaning the rain will likely develop from south to north Friday morning, becoming steady rain in the afternoon and evening. There is still a slight chance of some rumbles of thunder, now overnight Friday to Saturday. Some rain could persist Saturday morning early. Saturday should clear up but some modeling is showing rain in the afternoon. Sunday should be dry.
Fri Oct 20th
Forecast on track with likely showers and possibly a thunderstorm today and tonight. Showers should end Saturday morning with mostly dry skies Saturday for the rest of the day.
Chilly Sunday then back to season temps next week.
Weather bug is now forecasting rain this weekend tell us it ain’t so

There is no chance of rain Saturday and a less than 50% chance of showers Sunday.
A mild low pressure system moves through the area Sunday which might bring a shower or two.

WB back to showing 78 and dry. Doing an outdoor event I've been post poning about 4 weeks, I was concerned lol
That second band looked like it had some potential. But looks like it may sizzle out based on accuweather's projection.
