One of the things I have not been able to figure out with Google Now. Really optimize it. It appears to have an issue when you commute via different means. My daily is a combination of a [drive] to Newark, then [train] NJ Transit into New York. I've input both my home and work but it either wants to give me the entire trip driving or by public transportation (train/bus). Even the train portion of the ride, which I exclusivly take on NJT, it lists Amtrak trains.

Yeah it's not setup for dual method commuting. I think that's a unique aspect to our area

Thanks for confirming and I thought that was something unique to the area. I even tred putting in separate maps (1) the drive and (2) the train and saving but the cards only display one method of commuting.

Yeah the only additional thing I have noticed is a walk to and from the train, but that is the only combination I have seen.

 Isn't the album, Best of Meatloaf also call "Paradise by the Dashboard Lights?"
