Is this directed at me? If so, get over yourself. You haven’t even tried the food and they had a glitch that I’m certain they’ll fix. They’re a very small business that may or may not be very tech savvy. I stand by my recommendation. The food is great. Order by phone and you won’t have a problem.

I had the same thing happen at Ani Ramen a couple weeks ago... I ordered, and I got there to pick up, and it was closed. I realized they hadn't disabled their online ordering system, so, I picked up something else nearby instead.
A few days later, they did reverse my charges automatically and sent me an email letting me know I would receive a free ramen on my next order.
These are small businesses, and many are new to these online ordering systems. Forgetting to turn it off when they needed to close unexpectedly is a new error they are likely to be better at figuring out next time.
Disappointing news. Freetown is closing as of 9/18. No other info provided other than it was due to circumstances out of their control. This was posted in an IG story.
Very disappointing. It had become a standard part of our take out rotation.
I've had issues with the third-party ordering services at other restaurants. For one particular place that we frequently eat at, their third-party service says it's closed when it's still open. I prefer to call restaurants directly on the phone.
Before I knew they'd closed for an evening without warning, I tried accessing their Instagram page from their website front page, and I got the Instagram login page, which I can't access since I'm not a Instagram or Facebook member. Their Facebook page is public, though, which is more than I can say for a number of popular local sites. However, I saw no notification about their Saturday closing on the Facebook page.
