Neither my husband nor I got the alert, either. When I read the link, it said it would be sent to TV/radio stations and to people who opted in to the WEA system for emergency alerts. I thought I had done that, but maybe not...
I'm opted in, but didn't get one on my phone, but I heard it on NPR which was playing in the background.
