One room is available in my home located on the border of West Orange and South Orange. Conveniently located near 2 jitneys to the South Orange station. The room is furnished with a twin bed, closet, a vanity and nightstand. Kitchen, bathrooms and common places are shared. Utilities included, parking on driveway, free wi-fi and Netflix. Looking for a college student, recent FEMALE graduate or working student with proof of income or family support. One month deposit. No guests. No pets.

ABOUT ME:

A small family living in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Empty nester and there is excess space and we welcome a guest. I am dedicated to work most of the day. I prefer someone similarly active or a high achiever (school & work) who needs a functional and quiet room where to rest. My guest should keep their social life outside the walls ( friends, boyfriend etc. ). Light cooking. No full time work from home.
