We have a sweet family in Rumson in search of a Full Time Nanny/Family Assistant for their one child age 2.

Location: Rumson

Start Date: Flexible

Commitment Time Frame: Long term, multiple years into the future

Schedule:

M-F 9am to 5pm

40 guaranteed hours

The Children:

2 year old girl

- in a part time preschool program

- reserved and quiet

- takes a while to warm up to new people

Qualifications:

- Comfortable providing sick care (mild illnesses)

- Experience with toddlers and infants (family may have additional children in the future)

- Patient, Warm, and Gentle

- Intuitive and Supportive

- Enjoys being outside

- Open to learning and adopting the family's parenting style

- Energetic and silly when playing

Requirements/Responsibilities:

- Pets: none

- Familly meal prep

- Laundry: for children and occasionally family

- General tidying and organization tasks

- Driving- required for errand running and occassionally preschool dropoff/pick up

Additional details: Mom and dad both work full time. Grandma is involved in a lot of the childcare. Interested candidates should be comfortable regularly working directly with grandma.

Vaccine Requirements: 2024 COVID Booster Required, Yearly Flu Shot Required

The family is offering a generous weekly pay based on the guaranteed hours along with paid vacation, holidays, and sick/personal days. On The Books Pay.
