Morristown/Harding family seeking a part-time/full-time nanny for B4m. Hours will vary from ~20-40per week based on the season. The position has a flexible start date (end of Feb- mid March) with flexible working hours: Mon-Thurs.

Responsibilities:

-All daily care tasks related to B4m

-Developmental milestone activities

-Creating an engaging and stimulating environment

-Tidying after the baby, washing bottles, utensils, baby’s laundry

-Frequent updates on the baby would be appreciated throughout the day

Schedule:

Start and end times are somewhat flexible between the hours of 9 and 5 based on candidate preference. Family is open to multiple configurations as noted below

January-March: M-Th ~20 hours

April-June: M-F, M-Th, or Tu-F ~40 hours

July-September: M-Th ~20 hours

October-December: M-F, M-Th, or Tu-F ~40 hours

Infant Notes:

-Family is currently following “Taking Cara Babies” method

-Baby is bottle fed with breast milk

Household Notes:

-Family has a golden retriever

-Mom is on maternity leave until March and then will be working hybrid in and out of the home

-Dad occasionally works from home

-Family will have a car available for future outings with B4m

Ideal Candidate:

-Trustworthy, warm, nurturing, communicative, collaborative, flexible, experienced

-Comfortable voicing feedback, advice, and being a partner in babyhood for first time parents

-Well-versed in infant milestones

-Able to identify and effectively respond to cues for different needs

-A dog-lover

Compensation:

- Hourly rate commensurate with Experience (~30/hr)

- Industry-standard benefits including vacation, sick leave, holidays off, and guaranteed hours based on the rotating schedule

Requirements:

-3+ years of infant experience

- Eligible to work in the US

- Reliable transportation

- Clean criminal and driving record

- Fluent English

-CPR/First Aid certified

-Dog-friendly
