Upload a new avatar script

I know most of you don't change or update your avatar - but if you do we added a new script that allows your to crop and resize the image:

Pretty minor tweak, but something I've been meaning to do for a long time.

Also, you'll see a real name avatar option, this is for if you start or join a real name JamieSpace (https://www.jamiespace.com).
