Twin Elephant Micro-Brewery and Bar?

I was at Westy's, my storage unit on the Summit/ Madison border, when I saw a sign for this new spot.  Today may have even been their opening day!

I'm so excited about this! Did anyone go?

Hubby went today.  He said the setup is nice, it was crowded, 6 beers on tap and he tasted 5 of them.  No raves (he's a craft beer nut) but he enjoyed them and the atmosphere. 

I went, as well. The space is very nice. Agreed the beers weren't mind-blowing, but they weren't bad. I'll definitely go back.

Also like this brewery in Fairfield.  Basically a tap room next to the brewery operations.   Usually have 8-10 beers on tap.  Don't serve food, but they welcome your bringing snacks.

Twin Elephant is, as you say, a tap room next to the brewery operations, too. The seating area is bigger at TE, and they had 6 taps. I tried a 4-oz. pour of all six. As I said, none were outstanding, but there's also nothing there to complain about. And my guess is they will improve over time (as has Magnify).

Does Twin Elephant serve snacks?

No food. No tables, either, really. Lots of places to put down a beer glass, but nowhere to put a plate.

Actually, looking at my photos I see that the one table in the foreground of this first picture is big enough for a plate. Still, they weren't offering any food.
