Part of it. Somebody posted the same secret route about two months ago and I got pissed at them for disclosing it.

At least yer honest enough to admit you were wrong.

How is this route a secret? Those are all main roads.

If I tell ya, it would't be a secret. But it gets me across town, missing crossing guards and the least amount of traffic lights.

In order to avoid both traffic lights and multiple stop signs, the easiest way is to go Essex to Parker to Valley to Jefferson up to Ridgewood and follow that all the way to the end and go to Vauxhall from that side.

Or just be me and live within walking distance to Five Guys.

What about the traffic lights at Parker and Prospect and Parker and Valley?

jerseyjack mentioned "the least amount of traffic lights" so I was running with that.

Don't listen to him. Avoid Parker and Ridgewood or you'll be calling Mpl rescue to being water while you are dehydrated, waiting for the traffic to dissipate.

Good pun! 😁

Parker to Summit to Oakland to Valley would avoid both of those traffic lights.

Or just go straight down Springfield avenue….it’s not that bad even though there’s traffic lights.

OKay, but that puts you through 5 stop signs and 7 other sets of traffic lights.

Stop signs on Summit - Yes; but traffic flows much more easily on that stretch of Summit than on Parker between Prospect and Valley.  The additional traffic lights you mention would also apply to Jack's original route.

It would apply to my original route. We still don't know jj's original route. However, if you take my amended route, you wait in traffic until you get to Valley, then once you're across it you hit 3 stop signs before turning left onto Ridgewood, then you don't hit another traffic light or stop sign until you reach the junction of Millburn Ave and Vauxhall.
