Agree.
Just returned from SO train station on foot. Recyclables blowing in streets, the whole way home.
Upon arrival: garbage cans upright, covered and empty.
Very impressive. Good job. It's a blizzard out there.

SO Disposal will be out tomorrow to collect the garbage it couldn't get to today.
Recycling has been rescheduled to Monday.
