The "No Left Turn" sign in the Millburn CVS lot.

Does anyone abide by this?  I don't.  Is it enforceable?

I don't see how going straight across is much safer.

It doesn't make a lick of sense. You pull into there, park across from the store, then after you leave you drive up to a stop sign, and then where are you supposed to go to get out? The options are go straight, then hang a left at the north side of the lot to go back down to Millburn Ave, or make a right and go all the way across the Motion Fitness lot to Myrtle and get back on Millburn from there. It's just bizarre. What could possibly have caused them to change the traffic pattern like that?

It's odd.  The last time, I did go up to the north end and loop around.  There are not many cars parked in those spots above the no turn lane so you can cut though the spots without going all the way up.

It's a bizarre change to the parking lot's traffic pattern.

The first and last time I encountered the new pattern, I ignored it. The lot was 95% empty and there was no traffic.  I barely use that CVS anymore.

Same here, to everything you said...
