I hope you're not trying to say that this new tenant is somehow related to the fraud scheme? She's a local psychologist. I almost wish I didn't know her since I think she would be exactly the type of therapist I would feel very comfortable seeing.
Yes. I've come across quite a few people locally who might benefit from seeing a good psychologist.
