Are there any plans to sell single day tickets? I'd love to attend Sunday!
TarheelsinNj: No, single day tickets are not available since we are selling a wristband that gives you access to everything for 3 days for only 25 bucks (except for a $15 additional charge for the Saturday night Creative Collisions concert at SOPAC). We hope that you'll still consider joining us.
If you'd like to see a preview of a highly anticipated SOxSO session, Active Drones, come down to Sloan Street Saturday morning from 9am to Noon where local pilot and drone expert George Finlay will be at the controls with a live feed of the drone's camera displayed in the gazebo. SOxSO wristbands will also be on sale at the gazebo.
We're just a couple of days away from SOxSO, a three day festival of music, ideas, art and exploration. All five venues are within easy walking distance of each other and it all starts Friday night with the Tech(ing) Ball. Your wristband gives you free access to Tech(ing) Ball at SOPAC, where all three floors will be filled with music, coding, art and a few surprises. It's a cash bar cocktail party and circus you won't want to miss. Join us from 7-10pm!
For three groundbreaking days in late June (26th, 27th and 28th), South Orange Village comes alive with creative collisions of arts, ideas and music. From live drone demonstrations to coding concerts, compelling talks to live blues, rock and jazz, SOxSO has something for everyone.
It all starts on Friday with Tech(ing) Ball, a three floor cocktail party-meets-circus in the spectacular South Orange Performing Arts Center. Wander from floor to floor and experience everything from circus performers to a New Orleans marching band to a moving, living photography exhibit. Then enjoy a weekend filled with unique experiences at venues throughout the Village. Pick and choose what you want to see, or go to it all.
A 3-day access wristband is your key. And it's only $25. Wristbands are limited and currently on sale at www.soxso.org. Get yours before they sell out.
South by South Orange is presented by the Village of South Orange, Seton Hall University, the South Orange Village Center Alliance, the South Orange Performing Arts Center and St. Barnabas Hospital.
