It's good, but I'm not sure I agree where it says closing apps doesn't speed up your phone. I have a tired old iPhone 4, which is a better test for this theory than a new phone. I'm pretty sure it does speed up when I kill the extra apps. I think access to the phone's memory is slower than it used to be. Non-volatile RAM gets slower with extended use.
