Slight chance of icy conditions Tuesday morning, 1/23

In the race between the temperature and the showers this morning, it is going to be close. So if it rains before 10 or 11, be aware that some areas might experience a little icing. While this is by no means an ice storm, and is unlikely to occur, and will melt within hours, any icing at all is a concern so I am noting the slight possibility here.
Otherwise, chance of showers today through Friday with little to no chance of flooding.

The NWS has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for tomorrow, Tuesday, for possible icy conditions from freezing rain.
There is a slight chance of precipitation tomorrow morning occurring while air temps near the ground are still below freezing, between 6:00 and 10:00 in the morning. While this is an unlikely scenario, any freezing rain at all can present a dangerous situation, so pay attention in the morning to temperatures and any rain.
Some showers are possible tomorrow, most likely after 10am.
