Siren early in the morning 10/26?

Did anyone else hear the air raid siren at about 6am on 10/26?  Sorry, that's what dad always called it, I suppose the correct term is something like "public emergency warning system".  You know, the siren they used to sound at 7am on school snow days.

 We heard it. I mentioned it in the thread about the Nor'easter because I thought it was related.

Maybe after Ida - they're going to start using it more for flood warnings.
