Seeking place to store paintings

I have a friend who needs to find a local storage unit for quite a few paintings he owns. Of course it needs to be temperature controlled, water proof, etc. due to the nature of the items. Does anyone have suggestions of places? The place near Home Depot does not fit the bill. thanks.

This is a very specialized business. Most fine arts storage spaces are in NYC. There is one closer in Jersey city.

yep - in NJ, Mana. Otherwise, there are many in Chelsea area of NYC. Easy to drive in and out of city from there to here also.
