recommendations for Vancouver restaurants?

I have to take out some folks for a business dinner in Vancouver in April. Anyone have any recommendations for good eats?  A quiet locale centrally located would be great! Thanks in advance for your help.

I've found Trip Advisor very helpful. The trick is to look for patterns of reviews. One or two very good or very bad reviews means little. But if 25 reviews say the food is good or great, then you're on pretty safe ground. Similarly, if a large number of reviews mention a particular item--too noisy or great appetizers or whatever--then there's a pretty good chance they're on to something.
