Python drain service or local plumber?

Our 2nd floor sink and tub are backed up. It seems to be before main stack because toilet isn't filling up tub. The sink fills up the tub when on. I'm debating if I should use Python drain cleaning or a local guy. Just curious if anyone has used Python or local plumber for this and who. TIA

Call Python. I successfully used them earlier this year for a similar issue with our laundry drainage. The cost was much lower than if I had called our plumber--and probably prompter. Check their website for a discount coupon.

The good thing about Python - in my experience - is that they guarantee there work for like 6 months or something, and they're really nice and knowledgable. The local plumbers I've worked with are as well - very lovely people (one of them actually recommended Python for a sewer issue), but for this type of project I'd go with Python.

If you cannot reach Python try A.J. Perri.

I would go with Python. They cleared our main several years ago, and they really know their, um, stuff.

Rent an electric snake at Home Depot, and unclog your own drain! It will cost you way less $$$!

I did our shower drain a few times. You'll have to leave a small deposit and you'll get it back when

you return the equipment.

Have used a python severaL times. They are awesome!
