Power outage in Maplewood
Jeff: There was a transformer fire on the power line on Prospect Street directly across the street from Courter Avenue. It looked as if power was turned off intentionally so the PSE&G crew in the bucket truck could get close enough to the site of the fire. MFD and MPD were also on the scene prior to the power outage. Power came back on as soon as the fire was extinguished.

Our power very abruptly went out at about 9:40 PM. We're at the corner of Elmwood and Oakland Terrace, and it looks like Oakland is all without power. I called PSEG and it was the first they'd heard of it.
Anyone else without power?
