I just voted for the first time for this round, and I was given a message that my vote had already been counted. Is that a glitch?

Spontaneous, try clearing your cache and your cookies of any reference to NJ.com.

I tried to vote again today, but it said I had already voted.  Also, this time around it didn't take our second vote yesterday on our tablet.

Me too.. couldn't vote.   BUT I will certainly try later after clearing my cookies, etc.

How do you clear out cookies on a phone?

I cleared my browser history and cookies from my phone. I tried to vote but received the same message.

I think we have already counted your vote means that the vote you just cast, was counted.

But some people got 'thank you for your vote'

Hmmm - I voted last night and then when I tried to vote again just now, it said I had already voted. Granted, less than 24 hours later, but definitely a different day.  OTOH, I voted after midnight on my phone and then again about an hour ago, with no problem.  (So I guess I've gotten my vote(s) in, but something is strange.)

What's the difference between this voting contest and the last one we voted in? Just losing track of all the clicking contests, though the Parkwood always has my vote.

Last round was the semi-finals.  Now the finals.

In the other thread someone called it clickbait. Yeah, it is, but I don't care. It is helping small businesses (not just Park Wood but also other diners in the running) so I am more than happy to participate. Now if only I could figure out how to get my votes to count.

Had the same experience.  I think they allow one vote per 24 hour interval rather than one vote per calendar day.

But I received the "your vote has already been counted" on my very first vote of this round.
