Moving company recommendation for large but local move
I did a local move (not as extensive as yours) with General Moving Carriers in Maplewood. They were really good. Arrived on time, pleasant guys who knew what they were doing and a big truck. https://www.genmove.com
I've used Catlow Movers a few times and have really liked the experience. They're family owned, not part of a national chain and they deliver spot-on service and pricing.

We're looking for a moving company to move a lot of stuff from a 5 BR home less than 2 miles from SO to WO. Any recommendations for big trucks that don't need to go very far? We'll be looking for a company with good packing services too.
