Voted early. When I get home to other devices, I will vote often.

Who should we vote for in the other bracket? Morristown or Cape May?

My daughter lives in Melbourne, Australia and has many friends through her international travels. She is sharing this all around the world. Take that, Montclair!

Just voted on my kindle!

See you at the train in the morning. Please vote.

First, thank you Vic for leading the charge on this.

I thought this was the silliest thing ever until we got so close. Arguably the #1 and #2 (Maplewood and Montclair) are facing off now instead of the final, so it's more important to vote this week than in the final week.

If you have a data plan for your phone and or/tablet, vote via both with wifi turned off, so as to create unique IP addresses and thus additional balloting opportunities on top of your workplace and home computer votes. They're not only monetizing the contest through banner ads but also want to grow their e-newsletter list. I doubt votes are scored by email intake, but it can't hurt to add "orange@aol.com" or some somesuch.

If you voted and care, post it on Facebook (assuming you don't have a ton of friends in Montclair), maybe bang the drum on Swap/Meet SOMa.

NJMonthly cleverly blocks web-based proxies from displaying the voting form -- if you really want to ballot stuff, download the anonymous Tor browser https://www.torproject.org/download/download-easy.html.en to vote (you will need to open and close the browser after each vote to route to a fresh IP address - I was able to vote five times with ease).

This may be a wee bit dishonest, but I found that by using different profiles in Windows, and within those profiles using different web browsers (explorer, chrome, Firefox) I was able to vote multiple times without tripping the "multiple submissions are disabled" response that I got when I accidentally voted twice from my phone. I am guessing that since I didn't get that message using different browsers/profiles that it means all the votes were recorded.

I'm very impressed! Speaks to our community.

Go Maplewood!

Just under three hours to vote.

On Tuesday, NJ Monthly will announce the final two downtowns.

Let's go Maplewood.
