Looking for a friendly local 5k

I haven't run in forever, but think I need a 5K to get myself motivated.  I am looking for a gentle (aka easy) 2 mile to 5K run in July.  Hoping someone can provide suggestions for a slooooow runner.

Maplewood has a 4th of July 5K! The website info is from last year, but I'm assuming it'll be updated as the date gets closer:

Bridges run is next weekend near McLoons boat house- great causes- scholarships for east orange, Orange, Newark etc boys to Seton Hall Prep. A really nice group and a lovely run.
