Good luck! I’ve reported a broken light to both the Village and PSEG directly, and have been waiting for replacement since Gebruary:March! Outage should be faster, of course.

I saw Ray repairing a gas lamp and stopped to talk to him about 2 years ago - I think he's still around.

I have a web page bookmarked for this but the link is dead. DPW told me I had to call PSEG but I am 15 minutes into my hold time with them (higher than expected call volume) and I am hoping for an easier way.
