Someone posted this is the "free to a good home" section yesterday:
Lots of moving boxes, used but in good shape. Home Depot brand.
Sellers agreed to take care of/rebate for all the major items. Paid deposit yesterday. It's a beautiful house with a wonderful yard and views. I'm excited and happy with the outcome.
