^^^ I like to read people's thoughts how they think Things will happened. Trust me I doubt any of us will KNOW exactly how is goes.

I'm so excited !!

On HBO they are showing a doc about the different productions sites--in Spain, on a beach outside Belfast, in what they used to call Yugoslavia, and in one other location.

All the locations are ravishing.

Anyway, epic efforts and $$$ went in to getting this epic in the can.

I don't think Jon Snow's true parentage will be on this season's agenda. Other than that, the theme seems to be world's colliding that were previously apart- I can't wait!

Brealer, I'm concerned. What options are left? Horse jerky, à la Dothraki? I suppose you could do the mutton stew that Tywin gave to Arya after rejecting it himself. What else? Dragon-fried lamb, flambé on the wing? Of course, roast chicken to recall the great tavern scene with the Hound and Arya could be good.

And I can't speculate about what the season could hold, since I'm up to date on the books. Jon Snow might know nothing, but I know a little too much for this thread. Not that I remember it all correctly, since I read the last book quite awhile ago, but still...

I'm really disappointed that they can't go anywhere with Bran's plot line this season, because Martin hasn't written that much yet. LOL

I don't understand why they killed Mance Raider, since in the books he's not really dead. Can't figure out what could be behind that change, although Martin must have approved it, since he consults on the show.

Sansa and her Stockholm Syndrome with Baelish are really creeping me out. God, girl, grown a backbone!

Tyrion joining up with Varys to go find Dany and maybe put her on the iron throne. Interesting. I can't picture it, to tell you the truth. Why does anyone think Dany can handle all the seven kingdoms when she can't handle the things she has been doing across the Narrow Sea? She's making a total mess everywhere she goes, and the dragons have run wild. Doesn't seem like her judgment is very good. For that matter, why in god's name does Varys think a Targaryen restoration would be a good idea??? He wanted to put Viserys on the throne????? That would have been worse than Aerys, who had to be put down because he was bat-shyte crazy. And Dany is a hot mess.

Interesting.. since I haven't read the books I did not know they only killed him off in the show... I suppose if he does not have a major role in the books left then they figured might as well just kill him off now...

I've given up on Sansa long ago. She may be dressed in black and look tough and grown up, but I feel she is the same naive person she always has been--now just a puppet for littlefinger...

As for Dany... I agree and I believe she is starting to realize it herself that there is more to just conquering, you then have to actually rule and do it well... What's happening with her dragons mirrors this too... she gave them life, but now she cannot manage them... same way, she gave the slaves freedom, but she is not being a good ruler..

Varys is scheming just as littlefinger schemes... these two are the ones to fear...
