I don't think that's what it means. The ordinance seems to be preventing parking areas in addition to the driveway in the front of a house. (Or the building of new driveways not on the side.)pmartinezv said:

Many of the houses on our street have a similar configuration and those who do all park on the driveway. Are you saying that I am not allowed to park on my driveway?
