Found: black wallet

My son found a wallet in Maplewood village last night. I am going to take it to the police station this afternoon. IN the meantime if you think it may be yours, ding me.

It might be mine. Did it have rectangular pieces of green paper in it with numbers on them, like $5 and $20? If so, I'll claim it.

The last time I took a lost wallet to the police station they had me wait and wait and fill out a form with my personal info, when I was just trying to get home from a long day of work.

An awful way to encourage good Samaritanism.

Maybe posting here instead is wiser.

I would just leave it and walk out.....

if it contains a license, just drop it off or mail it.
