The FoodShed Alliance, a NJ-based charitable organization created to assist farms and farmers, is holding it's annual Farm-to-Fork Celebration this Sunday 4/17, at Andre's, 112 Tomahawk Trail, Sparta, NJ, overlooking beautiful Lake Sparta. Cocktails start at 4 pm. Dinner starts at approximately 5 pm.
7 local chefs will be producing a 7 course menu , paired with wines from Alba Vineyards.

ALL STAR CHEF LINE-UP! Each chef’s signature course will feature food from a different local farm and will be paired with selected wines that best compliment the freshness and flavor of the prepared artisan courses.
