Totally agree. There is a Libertarian activist in NJ who files OPRA requests and gets info on many confidential settlements: http://njcivilsettlements.blogspot.com/2019/ Maybe he'll get to SOMSD eventually. See his archives for 2018 for the 132K confidential settlement with that Union teacher who posted on her FaceBook page that homosexuality was a sin....

DeFranco VS SOMSD et al. It was filed years ago and just settled the beginning of February. Much of the content is confidential but it involved the CHS baseball situation, bullying, etc. Information that came out this past summer resulted in the three CHS suspensions. Now that he matter has settled, I wonder what will happen?
