Decent Reasonable Venue for Adult Birthday Party ?

Looking for recommendations for local venue for 60th birthday party that is not expensive.

Woodland in Maplewood.

How many people?

South Orange Elks and the Springfield Elks are both nice low-cost options... 

Just a space like Woodland, DeHart Community Center, SO Elks, Springfield Elks, or American Legion in Millburn, or a place that has food service?

kind of hard to have this discussion without knowing the number of people or a budget.  

I just had a poker game for my 60th a few years ago. It was the best birthday in quite a while. 

Attended an 80th birthday party at Bella Italia that was really lovely, but I'm not so sure it was inexpensive. 

It all depends on one's definition of expensive. Which we don't know what tabby considers expensive. 

The website doesn't list prices for any of their event packages. I want to say dinner was in the range of about $30 a person. Open bar is another 22, or just wine for 11. Desserts are additional. 

also matters if you are just looking for a basic hall with no amenities or somewhere that has their own food
