Cowboys clinch!

Everyone is so happy for me!

Knock yourself out hitting all the elevator buttons.

Brilliant move either Jamie or Dave in hiring this guy for comic relief.

Is "Everyone" Chris Christie's new nickname?

In fairness no one else made much of an effort to win the division...

I got some tires this morning and they gave me a 20% discount because I was wearing my Cowboys hat.  What does that tell you?

Please 'Like' this thread and tell your family and friends about it! Thank you.

It tells me they replaced only three tires and still overcharged you.

Are you going to ‘Like’ my thread or not? I’m trying boost my social media profile these days. I want it to be robust. To that end, the Cowboys are one of my principal assets. Them guys are good ballers.

I will enjoy making fun of the Cowboys after they lose in the first round.

Things have gotten interesting again.

Playing Seattle.  I pick Seattle.

Jason Garrett, most overrated coach in the NFL.

Every year he achieves mediocrity with a talented roster.  Imagine what Dallas could do with a really good coach.

If T.O. wants to one-up Marshawn next Sunday, I know a division title team that beat Dallas with a practice squad but could still use him.

Only team and fan base more annoying than the Cowboys is the one that won the division. Next week after the game if the Eagles lose the fans will likely riot.  And if they win, the fans will likely riot.

Next week after the game if the Eagles lose the fans will likely agree that the injury-riddled team showed its mettle just by making the playoffs, and take solace in Wentz’s leadership down the stretch and satisfaction in the Cowboys’ ker-splat. And if they win, the fans will likely thank their lucky stars while clinging to the thinnest of hopes that the Birds catch the Niners or the Pack on a really bad day.

Eagles fans (like many fans) are at their worst when their team underperforms. This ain’t that team.

Wentz can barely throw the ball with any accuracy on passes less than 10 yards.  Watch game film from yesterday.

Should I watch the parts when it was raining, or when it was dry? The parts when castoffs like Greg Ward, Deontay Burnett and Josh Perkins were running routes, or when the primary targets were Alshon Jeffery and DeSean Jackson? Should I watch any other film from the last quarter of the season, when Wentz completed 68 percent of his throws?

Never mind. I’d never argue that Wentz is the next Drew Brees. More to the point, the only reason to revive this thread is to inspire some wit, and Train_of_Thought already delivered.

The fact that you are suggesting that there are conditions under which Eagles fans might riot says it all.

First, consider the possibility that your definition of “Eagles fans at their worst” and mine are not the same. Second, consider adding some humor to this thread, Rabelaisian or otherwise. “All told, Philadelphia stadiums house the most monstrous collection of humanity outside of the federal penal system” was dreadful, and I would’ve thought anything would sound like Dorothy Parker next to a Pete Rose quip.

I'll bet Cowboys fans are finding that article a lot funnier than the TO photo grin
