Can't Connect to MOL on Home Devices

For the past week or so I have not been able to log on to MOL on my computer or any device in my house.   I get a "Can't Connect" and Timeout error.  I can switch to another internet source and run fine, but not on my home internet.  I have tried rebooting a few times but still not working.  



Try rebooting modem and router, unless that’s what you meant!

 I did that.  Multiple times.  Does not happen for any other website.

happened to me a few weeks ago, when I did some update on my computer (windows).  it wouldn't work on firefox or chrome, but did work on IE.  also wouldnt work on my android phone on wifi, but did work when I turned wifi off...


it also worked at my neighbors on his wifi....just tried firefox again and it is working.


sometimes you have to manually change the channel on the modem/router (instead of just unplugging, waiting a few minutes, and powering back up)....  i know fios/xfinity have that option.  you do it from your computer.
