I read in another report that the poor thing wandered through some backyards on Burnett. (Family dogs must have alerted the folks who called the police.) I imagine he/she navigated crossing the streets easily since it was the wee hours of the morning.
Bears in Maplewood are obviously smarter.
In other communities they go to McDonalds, Wendys and Burger King.

Always thought Hanna Barbera caricatured their cartoon characters on real life comedians and actors. For instance, Fred and Barney are Jackie Gleason/Ralph Kramden and Art Carney/Ed Norton.
