I stand corrected.
Village Green put out a story earlier today:

The quote from the S.O. Police Department is confusing. Which incident is that referring to?
Maplewood PD put out a press release today as well:

Town Hall Deli was also hit.
Suspect was previously charged in a similar incident at Pickett's in June.
Mr Ransom was charged with the burglary at Pickett’s in June this year, he’s smashing and grabbing at three businesses in November…ridiculous!
He will be back at it again in time for Valentine’s Day next year.
I remember the guy that used to steal bicycles at the train station, he would take a bike every day and if he got arrested he was back at it again in a few days.

Is that a result of bail reform?
Artie's was broken into over Friday night and cash register(s) stolen. The front door was smashed with a heavy object. Sabatino's also broken into and cash register stolen over Saturday night. Front door smashed by a brick. No injuries reported.
Both restaurants posted about it on their social media feeds. Based on the methods involved, it's possible the incidents could be related (my opinion, no official word on this).
