All charges dropped against two of Brendan Tevlin's killers
FWIW, From the article: "Villagran pleaded guilty last week to charges related to a separate shooting about two weeks after Tevlin's death", who was one of the two to have charges dropped in this case.
So two of the suspects go from murder and weapons charges to nothing. How does that happen? The Prosecutor's statement about it was very vague.
