Simply Meditate

Simply Meditate is designed for beginners. Each class begins with a simple meditation. During the teaching that follows, the instructor explains what meditation is and how to practice in daily life. The last meditation demonstrates how contemplation meditation works. You will be given a meditation and practice that will help you get started at home. Meditations are guided by the instructor and are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Topics of meditation vary depending on which meditation the instructor chooses to teach.
