Community Blood Drive

Community Blood Drive from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. sponsored by Our Lady of Sorrows Church, inside the lower church. Donors should eat a healthy, low-fat meal within two hours of donation, as well as hydrating by drinking 8 to 16 ounces of non-caffeinated, non-alcoholic beverages one hour before donation. Caffeinated sodas, coffee, iced tea and energy drinks on the day of donation should be limited. Donors must weigh at least 110 lbs.
